Espaço e localização perfeita, próximo de comércio e restauração. Apartamento acolhedor. Somente um reparo, deveria ter A/C ou algo para arrefecer o espaço, esteve uns dias quentes e mesmo com as janelas abertas, o espaço ficou um pouco abafado.
