Payments must be made through the secure platforms provided on the site. Failure to pay within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund of any prepayments made.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, the user agrees to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when making bookings;
Comply with all rules and policies applicable to the booked properties;
